Francia is a research fellow at the Center for American Politics and Citizenship at the University of Maryland-College Park Ronald Keith Gaddie is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Oklahoma Kim U. Hoffman is Visiting Assistant Professor of Political Science at University of Central Arkansas and a PhD candidate at the University of Oklahoma Martha E.
