Author Biography

Bridget F. Ostrow, M.D. F.A.C.S., is board certified in general surgery with special added qualifications in vascular surgery. She was one of the first women in the U.S. to be board certified in vascular surgery. Formerly an assistant professor of surgery, she is now director of The Vein Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Louis B. Ostrow, M.D. F.A.C.S., is board certified in general and thoracic surgery. Previously the chairman of cardiothoracic surgery at a regional medical center, he is now the director of surgery at The Vein Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
