David H. Barlow, Ph.D., is Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry, Founder, and Director Emeritus of the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. He is the editor for the TreatmentsThatWork (TM) series of therapist manuals and patient workbooks, as well as the editor of The Oxford Handbook of Clinical Psychology. Kristin K. Ellard is an advanced doctoral student in the clinical psychology program at Boston University. Christopher P. Fairholme is an advanced doctoral student in the clinical psychology program at Boston University. Todd J. Farchione Ph.D., is Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, and Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, Boston University. Christina L. Boisseau Ph.D., completed her training in clinical psychology at Boston University, and is a post doctoral fellow at Brown University School of Medicine. Laura B. Allen, Ph.D., completed her training in clinical psychology at Boston University and is Post-Doctoral Research Scholar in the Pediatric Pain Program at UCLA's Collaborative Centers for Integrative Medicine. Jill T. Ehrenreich May, Ph.D., was Research Assistant Professor at Boston University and the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, and is now Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Miami.
