This textbook is an excellent overview of American law as it applies to the health care practitioner or organization. The book was very easy to read and understand. The author has taken a topic that it difficult to communicate and made it very enjoyable reading. This is one book that I will keep and be able to use in my office. It is a good all around book for administrators as well as first time supervisors.
