Luis Méndez es de República Dominicana, conoció al Señor en 1985. Sirvió como diácono desde 1987, sirvió como pastor desde el 1997 hasta el 2006. Completó sus estudios en el Instituto Teológico de Bethlehem Baptist Church, bajo la guía del pastor John Piper. En el 2016, Luis se une a la IBI en el liderazgo del área de Consejería. Luis es miembro de la Asociación de Consejeros Bíblicos Certificados en Estados Unidos (ACBC) y también un Life Coaching Certificado con la American Association of Christian Counselors. Luis está casado con Vilma desde 1988, junto a quien ha procreado tres hijos: Raquel, Eva y Luis Jr.

Vilma sirve en el ministerio Juntos y Unidos LifeCoaching LLC. Vilma es arquitecta, consejera, coach de mujeres, maestra de estudios bíblicos, esposa de Luis Méndez, madre de cinco: tres hijos y dos yernos. Estudió Fundamentos de Teología en Bethlehem Baptis Church. Vilma es miembro certificado de coach para mujeres de la American Association Biblical Counselors. Estudió Consejería Bíblica en Faith Biblical Counseling. Formó parte del liderato de ministerio de mujeres de Bethlehem Baptist Church en Minneapolis, Minnesota. 


Luis Méndez is from the Dominican Republic. He met the Lord in 1985. He served as a deacon from 1987, and he served as a pastor from 1997 to 2006. He completed his studies at the Theological Institute of Bethlehem Baptist Church under the guidance of Pastor John Piper. In 2016, Luis joined the IBI as the leader of the counseling area. Luis is a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors in the United States (ACBC) and a Certified Life Coach with the American Association of Biblical Counselors.Luis has been married to Vilma since 1988 and has fathered three children: Raquel, Eva, and Luis Jr.

Vilma serves in the Juntos y Unidos LifeCoaching LLC ministry. Vilma is an architect, counselor, women's coach, Bible studies teacher, wife of Luis Méndez, mother of five: three children and two sons-in-law. She studied Fundamentals of Theology at Bethlehem Baptist Church.Vilma is a certified member of a women's coach of the American Association of Biblical Counselors. She studied Biblical Counseling at Faith Biblical Counseling. She was part of the women's ministry leadership at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
