I've purchased this textbook expecting an overall look to France in order to point out some areas that would be most interesting for me. This is an excellent general guide for the traveler who is making several stops or more in France. Eyewitness Travel Guides are among the very best for illustrations and architectural graphics. How is this travel book different from all the others? The pictures. Compare it side-by-side with the competition, and you'll see how this book is helpful in making choices for travel in France. You need to have this textbook even if you are not going to France because it is very interesting and enjoyable.
