Author Biography

Chris Packham presented the BBC’s children’s series The Really Wild Show before setting up his own TV company and making wildlife shows for National Geographic, Animal Planet, and the BBC. He resides in Southampton, UK. Visit him online at chrispackham.co.uk.

Jason Cockcroft is best known for his internationally acclaimed picture book illustrations and for his cover artwork for the final three UK Harry Potter books. During his time at Falmouth School of Art he entered the Macmillan Prize for Children’s Illustration, winning a place in the final exhibition where his work was noticed by publishers and agents. He won the Blue Peter Award for his work on Geraldine McCaughrean’s retelling of Pilgrim’s Progress, and has been nominated for the Kate Greenaway award.
